사라마라 개인정보처리방침

사라마라(이하 '서비스')는 김현석(이하 '운영자')이 운영하는 서비스로, 살까 말까 고민되는 물건의 사진과 글을 올리면 다른 이용자가 '사라·마라'로 투표하고 댓글을 남깁니다. 운영자는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목
- 가입 없이 쓰는 경우: 서비스가 자동으로 만드는 이용자 식별 번호, 자동으로 정해지는 별명(바꿀 수 있음)
- 이용자가 직접 올리는 정보: 고민 글, 사진(최대 4장), 프로필 사진(선택), 제품 링크와 제품 이름, 댓글, 사라·마라 투표, 구매 결정과 한마디, 신고 사유, 차단한 사용자 목록, 커뮤니티 규칙에 동의한 시각
- 로그인을 연결한 경우(선택)
- Apple: Apple이 주는 사용자 식별 정보 (이메일은 요청하지 않습니다)
- Google: Google 계정 식별 정보, 이메일 주소, 이름(프로필에 있는 경우)
- 카카오: 카카오 회원번호 (닉네임 등 다른 동의 항목은 받지 않습니다)
- 댓글 알림을 켠 경우(선택): 기기의 알림 토큰, 기기 종류(아이폰·안드로이드), 앱 언어
- 이용 중 자동으로 생기는 정보: 서버 접속 기록(접속 시각, IP 주소 등), 앱 언어 같은 설정(이용자 기기에만 저장)
서비스는 광고 추적, 위치 정보 수집을 하지 않습니다. 사진에는 얼굴·주소·연락처처럼 나나 다른 사람을 알아볼 수 있는 정보가 보이지 않게 올려 주세요.
2. 처리 목적
- 고민 글·사진·투표·댓글을 다른 이용자에게 보여 주는 서비스 제공
- 로그인을 연결하면 다른 기기에서도 같은 기록을 볼 수 있게 하는 계정 관리, 같은 사람의 계정 합치기
- 신고 처리, 욕설·광고 같은 부정 이용 방지, 이용 제한
- 고민한 물건과 같거나 비슷한 상품을 쿠팡에서 찾아 링크로 보여 주기 (쿠팡 파트너스)
- 내 고민에 댓글이 달리면 휴대폰 알림 보내기 (알림을 켠 경우만)

3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 이용자가 지운 글·댓글은 바로 삭제됩니다. 글을 지우면 그 글의 사진·투표·댓글도 함께 지워집니다.
- 앱에서 계정 삭제(내 고민 → 계정 → 계정 삭제)를 하면 이용자가 올린 고민(사진 포함), 프로필 사진, 투표, 댓글, 계정 정보, 신고 기록, 로그인 연결 정보를 바로 삭제합니다.
- 로그인하지 않은 이용자가 앱을 지우면 기기의 식별 정보가 사라져 서버에 남은 글을 직접 지울 수 없게 됩니다. 이때 삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
- 댓글 알림을 끄거나 계정을 삭제하면 알림 토큰을 바로 삭제합니다. 앱을 지워 더 이상 쓸 수 없는 토큰은 다음 알림을 보낼 때 삭제됩니다.
- 서버 접속 기록은 Google Cloud의 기본 보관 기간(30일)이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
서비스를 제공하기 위해 아래 업체의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외에서 저장·처리될 수 있습니다. 정보는 서비스를 이용할 때 인터넷을 통해 전송됩니다.

쿠팡 상품을 찾을 때는 제품 링크와 검색어(예: "베이지 미니 숄더백")만 쿠팡 파트너스에 보내며, 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 멈추거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
5. 공개와 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 팔거나 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스의 성격상 이용자가 올린 고민 글·사진·별명·프로필 사진·댓글과 투표 결과는 다른 이용자와 공유 링크를 받은 사람에게 공개됩니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있으면 그에 따릅니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 앱에서 직접: 별명 바꾸기, 글·댓글 지우기, 차단과 차단 풀기, 계정 삭제
- 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 요청: 아래 이메일로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기
삭제를 요청받았거나 보유 기간이 끝난 정보는 다시 복구할 수 없게 서버에서 지웁니다.
8. 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 처리한 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
데이터는 접근 권한 규칙으로 보호되어 본인 정보는 본인만 바꿀 수 있고, 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 서비스가 쓰는 비밀 키는 서버의 비밀 저장소에 따로 보관합니다.
10. 개인정보 보호책임자
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에도 할 수 있습니다.
11. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 전에 이 페이지와 서비스 화면에서 알립니다.
SaraMara Privacy Policy
Effective: October 28, 2026
SaraMara (the "Service") is operated by Hyunseok Kim (the "Operator"). You post a photo and a few words about something you're thinking of buying, and other people vote "Buy" (sara) or "Skip" (mara) and leave comments. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.
1. Information we process
- When you use the Service without signing in: a user ID created automatically and an auto-generated nickname (you can change it)
- What you post: post text, photos (up to 4), a profile photo (optional), product links and product names, comments, Buy/Skip votes, your final decision and note, report reasons, your blocked-user list, and when you agreed to the community rules
- If you link a sign-in (optional)
- Apple: the user identifier Apple provides (we don't request your email)
- Google: your Google account identifier, email address and name (if on your profile)
- Kakao: your Kakao member number (we don’t request a nickname or any other consent items)
- If you turn on comment notifications (optional): your device's notification token, device type (iPhone or Android) and app language
- Collected automatically: server access logs (time, IP address, etc.) and settings such as the app language (stored only on your device)
We don't do ad tracking or collect your location. Please keep faces, addresses, contact details and anything else that could identify you or others out of your photos.
2. Why we process it
- To show your posts, photos, votes and comments to other users
- To manage accounts, so a linked sign-in shows the same history on any device, and to merge one person's accounts
- To handle reports, prevent abuse such as insults and spam, and restrict accounts that break the rules
- To find the same or a similar product on Coupang and show a link (Coupang Partners)
- To notify you when someone comments on your post (only if you turn notifications on)
- To answer your questions
3. How long we keep it
- Posts and comments you delete are removed right away. Deleting a post also removes its photos, votes and comments.
- Delete account (Me → Account → Delete account) immediately removes your posts (with photos), profile photo, votes, comments, account data, reports and sign-in links.
- If you never signed in and delete the app, the ID on your device is lost and you can no longer delete your posts yourself. Contact us below and we'll delete them.
- Turning off comment notifications or deleting your account removes your notification token right away. Tokens that stop working because the app was deleted are removed the next time we try to send a notification.
- Server access logs are deleted after Google Cloud's default retention period (30 days).
4. Processors and international transfers
We use the following services to run SaraMara, so your information may be stored and processed outside your country. It is transferred over the internet when you use the Service.

To find Coupang products we send only the product link or a search term (e.g. "beige mini shoulder bag") to Coupang Partners, never information that identifies you. If you don't want your information transferred abroad, you can stop using the Service or delete your account.
5. What is public, and sharing
We don't sell your personal information or give it to anyone else. By the nature of the Service, your posts, photos, nickname, profile photo, comments and vote results are visible to other users and to anyone who opens a shared link. We may disclose information when required by law.
6. Your rights
- In the app: change your nickname, delete posts and comments, block and unblock users, delete your account
- To access, correct, delete or stop processing your information, email us below and we'll act without delay.
7. Deletion
Information you ask us to delete, or whose retention period has ended, is erased from our servers so it can't be recovered.
8. Children
The Service is for people aged 14 and older. If we learn we have processed personal information of a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
9. Security
Your data is protected by access rules so only you can change your own information, and data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Secret keys used by the Service are kept in a separate server-side secret store.
